2. Rules for Submissions and Messages

If you are under 16 years old, you are not allowed to register with CareerTech or to participate in a discussion forum.

Responsibility for what is posted in the discussion groups or other public forums lies with each user. You alone are responsible for the content of your messages, and the consequences of any such messages. However any complaint made by members regarding an inappropriate entry on any of the forums will be investigated. Any member found to be using the forum that CareerTech views as discriminate or inappropriate will have their CareerTech membership revoked.

We cannot and do not review every submission a user may make. We neither endorse nor guarantee the accuracy or propriety of any submission. 7. Discontinuance, Modification & Restrictions

We may discontinue, change, suspend, or restrict access to this service or any portion of this service at any time without liability to you or any third party.

8. Legal compliance

This site is controlled and operated by CareerTech. Those who choose to access our site do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with this agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution.

You must lodge a claim with CareerTech within 30 days of the grievance date.  If you do not lodge the claim with in 30 days, CareerTech will close the Dispute and you will not be eligible to proceed with the claim within the boundaries of the CareerTech claims procedure.

10. Miscellaneous

In the event that any provision of the User Agreement conflicts with the law under which the User Agreement is to be construed or if any provision is held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the parties to the User Agreement, such provision will be restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of this User Agreement will remain in full force and effect. If either party fails to insist upon or enforce strict performance by the other party of any provision of the User Agreement, or to exercise any right under the User Agreement, such a failure will not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of such party’s right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance. That is, all provisions and rights will remain in full force and effect.

This User Agreement and any express additional terms (which will be identified as such when posted by us on our other sites) constitute the entire understanding between the parties as to subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

11. Refund Policy

CareerTech will refund the initial subscription, provided a refund claim is submitted within 14 days. If the claim is submitted later than 14 days, a refund will not be granted. You should read the agreed terms and conditions carefully before agreeing to subscribe to CareerTech’s services.

12. Cancellation of Subscription by User

If you intentionally cancel your subscription without notice, we will be notified by the payment processor and your user login will be disabled. You will be sent an email explaining why you have been refused access to further modules. If the subscription cancellation has been due to a fault with processing your payment, we will re-enable your account whilst the fault is rectified.
